The Portland Trail Blazers schedule for Summer League, 2016 has been announced.
According to the official press release from the team, the Blazers will open Summer League in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 9th against the Phoenix Suns at 1 p.m. Pacific in Cox Pavilion on the campus of UNLV. They'll follow that game with a 7 p.m. appearance against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday, July 10th and a 1:30 game against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday, July 12th.
Following the three-game preliminary round, the NBA Summer League returns to a tournament format for the fourth consecutive year, with each team guaranteed a minimum of five games. The championship game will take place on Monday, July 18.
Viewers in Portland will be glad to know that all Trail Blazers games will be broadcast live on NBA TV and will not be subject to blackout.
