The NBA Officiating Last Two Minute Report indicates that there was just one incorrect call in the final minutes of Game 6 between the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Clippers. The call favored Mason Plumlee, who fouled Jamal Crawford with 1:45 to go. Perhaps more interestingly, the report showed that CJ McCollum did not travel, as many speculated, with 18.1 seconds remaining; he maintained his pivot foot.
After review, the McCollum garnered praise from Zach Lowe of ESPN on Twitter.
That was an incredible play. CJ is a wizard. https://t.co/0MDkssLQrb

McCollum even fired back at Phillip Palmer of ABC7 Eyewitness News, who was guilty of his own poor officiating.
The @LAClippers may have lost 106-103 but @CJMcCollum flat out walked with scored tied and seconds to go. Horrible.

@abc7phillip feel free to take back your travel comments ... Enjoy your summer https://t.co/r0VesKy5Kq

In the end, they both laughed and enjoyed the banter with each other.
Appreciate that man, thanks for being a good sport. Some of my teammates thought I walked too lol https://t.co/dIsXEJJ79W

All of this is, of course, in the past, as the Clippers pack it in for the Summer and the Trail Blazers advance to face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semifinals.
