Curry had point totals of 36, 42, 51 and 46 last week for an average of 43.75 points per game, including 12 threes in a win over the Thunder that featured his 35-foot game-winner in overtime.
The current Player of the Week honors take into consideration games played Feb. 22-28, which excludes Lillard's 51-point outburst against Curry and the Warriors.
Lillard posted averages of 30.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists in four games, including victories over Nets, Bulls and Pacers. He has totaled 30-plus points in seven of the last eight games.
Kyle Lowry of the Toronto Raptors was named Player of the Week for the Eastern Conference.
