Update: The Western Conference won the All-Star game in a "shootout" (read: no defense allowed) by a crazy score of 196-173. Yes, seriously.
The MVP award was given to Russell Westbrook, who played the role of team gunner for the second straight year to claim the award. He led the West with 31 points.
