NBA: Portland Trail Blazers at Phoenix Suns Jennifer Stewart-USA TODAY Sports

The Portland Trail Blazers return home tonight, hosting the Phoenix Suns in a rematch of last week’s overtime thriller. The Blazers hope to get some payback, after losing at the buzzer.

Phoenix will be without Tyson Chandler due to personal reasons. Alex Len will start in his place, according to Paul Coro at The Arizona Republic. Meanwhile, the Suns are moving rookie Marquese Criss into the starting lineup for the first time this evening.

NOTE: I’m sure basketball isn’t the only thing on your mind tonight. But, everyone needs a shelter from the storm. So, here’s the extra rule tonight: Please do not discuss the ongoing Presidential Election. There are thousands of places you can chat about the election tonight, but only one or two good places to chat about the Blazers. So let’s enjoy the game in peace!

This is the first Portland Trail Blazers game to be offered in Virtual Reality! If you have a new Samsung phone, and it’s not on fire, you could use it if you’ve bought the rest of the hardware needed.

Today is the end of a very long campaign cycle. Billboard Magazine posted their list of the 10 biggest songs that had titles related to an election. Here was their number one.

The Rules!

There are a few extra rules we emphasize for Gameday Threads. We appreciate your support!

1. No videos or pictures please, including embedded stuff from Twitter.

2. No discussion of streams that aren't sanctioned by the NBA, or how to work around broadcast/streaming rules.

3. No swearing please. Yep, even when the game sucks or the refs mess up.

4. Be excellent to each other! For visitors from our SBN companions, please have a mutual respect and remember this is a Blazers community.

Have fun! -- Tim
