The long and winding road trip finally comes to an end tonight. And the Blazers, playing their fifth game in seven days, are taking on the defending World Champion Cleveland Cavaliers (how weird does that still sound?). The Cavs have been resting for days and are loaded for bear. This game may be ugly.
Now for a little music. Despite our discussion about Cleveland’s own Nine Inch Nails in last night’s Recap comments, we’re going to go a very different direction. November hasn’t been the most fun month for Portland folks, so let’s do something a little lighter and fun. Country legend Dwight Yoakam grew up in Ohio, and became one of the faces of the industry. While not a big country fan myself (my wife supplies most of my Country Music knowledge), I can’t resist a little old-school Dwight. In his songs, you can almost hear him having fun throughout. If you don’t know him, it’s worth a listen.

The Rules!
There are a few extra rules we emphasize for Gameday Threads. We appreciate your support!
1. No videos or pictures please, including embedded stuff from Twitter.
2. No discussion of streams that aren't sanctioned by the NBA, or how to work around broadcast/streaming rules.
3. No swearing please. Yep, even when the game sucks or the refs mess up.
4. Be excellent to each other! For visitors from our SBN companions, please have a mutual respect and remember this is a Blazers community.
Have fun! -- Tim
