Portland Trail Blazers center Mason Plumlee played only 17 minutes, but went 10-12 from the floor, scoring 20 points and snagging 11 rebounds with a block as Plumlee's White team topped the Blue team 134-128 in the USA Basketball scrimmage.
The scrimmage had an All-Star Game-esque feel as points were plentiful and meaningful defense was nowhere to be found. The full video can be found here.
Plumlee played a solid game peppered with nice plays like the one below, in which he got the block, then started the break with a behind-the-back dribble in rhythm that led to an assist.
The scrimmage was comprised mostly of players who won't make the 12-man Team USA roster in 2016, but still managed to pull in a crowd of over 12,000 fans.
Plumlee was also on the US national team during the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
EDIT: Here are full video highlights of Plumlee's night. Hat tip to Apocryphal Apocalypse for posting this in the comments!
