The NBA released the full 2015-16 Portland Trail Blazers schedule Wednesday afternoon.
The Blazers will open the season at home on Wednesday, October 28 against the New Orleans Pelicans. They'll finish the season on April 13, at home versus the Denver Nuggets.
As part of the NBA's efforts, there will be only two stretches of four games in five nights this season for Portland.
Some games of significance:
- LaMarcus Aldridge returns to Portland with the San Antonio Spurs on November 11.
- Wesley Matthews returns to Portland with the Dallas Mavericks on December 1st (if he's healthy) and March 23rd.
- Robin Lopez and Arron Afflalo return to Portland with the New York Knicks on December 12th.
- Nicolas Batum returns to Portland with the Charlotte Hornets on January 29th.
- Steve Blake and the Detroit Pistons visit Portland on November 8th, unless Blake has already been traded back to Rip City.
- The NBA Champion Golden State Warriors visit Portland on January 8th and February 19th.
- LeBron James and the NBA Eastern Conference Champion Cleveland Cavaliers visit Portland on December 26th.
According to Dwight Jaynes, the Blazers will have only five games on national TV this season, compared to 16 a year ago.
