Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard has tweeted out an announcement of an evident contract extension with the Portland Trail Blazers.
Thank you so much to @PaulGAllen and the @trailblazers organization I'll be in #RipCity 6 more years! Oakland to Ogden to Oregon..TO STAY

From USAToday's Sam Amick:
Damian Lillard's extension with Blazers is done, I'm told: designated player max between five years $125-29 million. A payday in Portland.
— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) July 2, 2015
Amick and multiple others are reporting that the deal contains no options for either side. All 5 years are guaranteed.
Jabari Young reminds us correctly that in cases like Lillard's salary is calculated as a percentage of the salary cap on the exact year the contract takes effect.
Something to note: Damian Lillard's deal could stretch to $145M if he makes an All-NBA Team next year. Same deal as Anthony Davis

The percentage is 25% normally, but if Lillard meets certain criteria it can rise to 30%. The criteria he has a chance to meet are:
--Make any All-NBA Team (1st, 2nd, 3rd) twice
--Be named League MVP
Lillard made the All-NBA 3rd Team in 2013-14. If he made another this year he'd qualify for the 30%.
