Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports reports that the Phoenix Suns are clearing cap space with a fairly major trade.
Phoenix has traded Marcus Morris, Reggie Bullock and Danny Granger to Detroit for future picks, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

This move creates approximately $8.3 million in extra cap space for the Suns.
The Suns have cleared $20M in salary cap space, allowing them to potentially sign LaMarcus Aldridge without the need for a sign-and-trade.

Update: Our own erastus25 says the cap space may not be there for the Suns yet. They are still short $5 million or so.
Update: And Woj agrees now.
Suns need to get off Markieff Morris/PJ Tucker in sign-and-trades or dumps to get closer to space needed for Chandler and Aldridge.

Update: Suns forward Markieff Morris reacts to his brother being traded.
Lol this a foul game here man!
