What Do You Want to See Out of Trail Blazers vs. Grizzlies Game 4?

New, comments

The Blazers hopes of winning the series are fading. What else can be gleaned from this experience?

Jaime Valdez-USA TODAY Sports

Even the most passionate Portland Trail Blazers fans are starting to admit that the chances of the Blazers winning their first-round series with the Memphis Grizzlies have grown slim. With Portland down 0-3, not having put up a sustained fight in any of the games, a 4-game winning streak seems about as likely as riding a bike to the moon. Series are never over until one team wins the fourth game, but this one is as close as you can get.

Acknowledging there's a 0.00001% of the Blazers advancing prompts us to look at the series differently. If heading to the next round isn't a realistic goal at this point, what is?

We'll put it to you. What do you want to see out of Game 4 in this series. Feel free to mention a win, but also let us know what else would make you happy, or at least keep you intrigued. Would you like the Blazers to try something different? Do you want to see a particular player or event one more time before the season comes to a close? Do you perceive some importance to the outing that nobody's mentioning. Share these things and whatever else is crossing your mind about tonight's game in the comment section below.

This is a little bit tangential, but situations like this remind me why I liked the first round better when it was a 3-of-5 series instead of 4-of-7. There's my contribution. What's yours?
