Adrian Wojnarowski has tweeted that the Trail Blazers intend to sign point guard Tim Frazier.
Portland plans to sign guard Tim Frazier for the rest of the season, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

The 24 year old 6'1" point guard that played 4 years of basketball at Penn State went undrafted in 2014 but was invited to play for the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2014 Las Vegas Summer League. After Summer League Frazier was hired by the Boston Celtics D-League team, the Maine Red Claws. Frazier has bounced between 10 day contracts with the 76ers and then stretches with the Maine Red Claws. As recent as February he signed a 10-day contract with the 76ers, but he was waived by the 76ers after the team acquired Thomas Robinson. Once again he returned to the Red Claws.
Frazier's D-League stats are 16.1 PPG, 7.1 RPG, and 9.4 APG. His stats with Philadelphia in 28.5 MPG are 5.7 PPG, 3.2 RPG. and 7.2 APG. All stats are by Basketball-reference.com.
Since Philadelphia let his contract end before the deadline, he is playoff-eligible with the Blazers. This was deftly explained by Mike Tokito of the Oregonian:
Because Frazier's time with 76ers was on 10-day contracts that expired, he is eligible to be on #Blazers' playoff roster.

A player whose last 10-day deal expired before March 23, then signs a rest-of-season deal, is playoff eligible.
