Portland has been mentioned in trade rumors involving Denver Nuggets forward Wilson Chandler, but this evening, ESPN's Ramona Shelburne reported that the Blazers were one of a few teams interested in Nuggets guard Arron Afflalo.
Among teams Nuggs have discussed Afflalo w/ -- Portland, Chi, Clips, Mia, Sac. He's got a player option next year, so FRP is a lot to ask

Afflalo, now in his eighth year, is making $7.5 million and has a player option for next season worth $7.5 million. In 52 appearances so far this season in Denver, Afflalo is averaging 14.7 points per game on 42.8% shooting from the field and 34% shooting from behind the three-point land, while also recording 3.5 rebounds per game, all while playing about 33 minutes per game.
According to Shelburne, Denver is asking for a first round draft pick in return. Is that too dear a price for Blazers GM Neil Olshey? We'll see.
