Over the last two games Damian Lillard has put up solid numbers, averaging 25.5 points, 9.5 assists, and 5.5 rebounds on 50 percent shooting from three. He is a solid daily fantasy play against the Minnesota Timberwolves tomorrow night.
The Timberwolves have been starting Kevin Martin and Ricky Rubio in the backcourt. Martin is not a great defender and Lillard should be able to score at will if matched up against him. Rubio, while a better defender than Martin, has had little success against Lillard. Lillard is averaging 26 points, 5.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.4 steals in games they have played against each other. Lillard was also very successful the last time these teams met, scoring 34 points on 25 shots.
