Damian Lillard Ranks 8th In First Round Of All-Star Voting

The NBA released the first round of All-Star voting results on Friday morning. The Portland Trail Blazers’ leading scorer, Damian Lillard, presently ranks eighth among Western Conference guards, with 47,615 votes. This places him between Andre Iguodala (62,407) of the Golden State Warriors, and Manu Ginobili (42,413) of the San Antonio Spurs—both sixth men on their respective teams. Lillard’s eighth place counterpart in the Eastern Conference is Jeremy Lin of the Charlotte Hornets with 61,832 votes.
