With 01:38 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Blazers’ 116-109 loss to the Miami Heat, CJ McCollum took a hard shot to his left knee from Dwyane Wade. He hobbled his way through the game until the minute mark before exiting. He would briefly re-entered in case he was needed for a 3-point attempt, but ultimately sit out the final seconds.
His status moving forward remains unclear, but we will have updates as they become available. McCollum finished the game with 20 points on 8-19 shooting.
UPDATE
Blazers Beat Writer Casey Holdahl indicates that McCollum rolled his left ankle.
