Portland Trail Blazers center Chris Kaman was mentioned as a possible trade candidate in Michael Stotto's latest rundown of the NBA's trade market on sheridanhoops.com.
Stotto had this to say about Kaman in his report:
If your team is looking for a big man that could provide a lift off the bench, Trail Blazers center Chris Kaman and Timberwolves forward Adreian Payne are available on the trade market as well, league sources said.
In his second season as a Blazer, Kaman has made just three appearances and two starts through 26 games, averaging 3.3 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per contest. The veteran big man has career averages of 11.3 ppg and 7.7 rpg and is currently in his 13th season. He is in the second year of a two-year, $9.8 million contract and will be a free agent after this season.
