Miles Plumlee Potentially Available In Trade

With rumors that the Milwaukee Bucks are shopping around their cobwebbed Plumlee, do Portland fans think uniting Miles with Mason in the Rose City is the right move going forward?

Mason Plumlee has quickly endeared himself to Blazer fans since arriving from Brooklyn via a draft-day trade last June.

Per Marc Stein of ESPN, it appears the elder Plumlee is now up for grabs with Milwaukee fielding offers for Miles, 27, after he was traded from Phoenix in February.

The Duke product was originally taken by Indiana with the 26th pick in the 2012 draft. He was then traded to Phoenix as part of the Luis Scola deal just 12 months later.

Miles, who will be a restricted free agent this offseason, has seen a considerable drop off in playing time in Milwaukee and many would agree a drop off in value.

However, many a Portland fan remembers the success he had against the Blazers throughout his tenure as starting Center with the Suns.

During the 2013-14 season Miles started 79 of 80 games played in a Phoenix uniform (backed up by then rookie Alex Len), averaging , 8.1 points, 7.8 boards and 1.1 blocks in 24.6 minutes per game.

So far this season he is yet to start (playing behind Greg Monroe and John Henson in the Milwaukee frontcourt) and is averaging 6.3 minutes, 1.7 points, 1.3 boards and 0.4 blocks.

So with his value at its lowest – and assuming Portland is interested – what would the Blazers have to give up to get him?

If the pieces were right, would you make the move?
