Meyers Leonard (Shoulder) to Make Return Against Los Angeles Lakers

Leonard went through a full practice on Friday and is scheduled to make his return to game action against the Lakers on Saturday.

Mike Richman of The Oregonian reports that starting power forward Meyers Leonard will play against the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday, after missing seven games with a dislocated shoulder. Leonard sustained the injury on November 11, when he got tangled with Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard. His recovery has been much quicker than initially anticipated.

Conversely, Erik Gundersen of The Columbian reports that center Chris Kaman is doubtful to play on Saturday, after spraining his ankle right ankle. Kaman has only played in three of the Blazers’ 16 games thus far, so his inactivity is unlikely to impact the team.
