More writers and analysts are jumping on the Portland Trail Blazers bandwagon, with Kelly Dwyer of Yahoo! Sports calling the Blazers one of the most surprising teams of the young season.
Dwyer had good things to say about Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum, and Al-Farouq Aminu, as well as the coaching of Terry Stotts.
"We knew coach Terry Stotts would give us a watchable offense, but who could have predicted it would be top five just eight games in?"
He did, however, question the Blazers' schedule in the early goings, and the team's slippage in losses to the Denver Nuggets and Detroit Pistons.
The 4-4 Blazers stand in 8th place in the Western Conference.
