Moe Harkless Probable, Damian Lillard Questionable

The Portland Trail Blazers continue to fight preseason injuries, but steadily approach full health.

Per Casey Holdahl, Moe Harkless cleared NBA concussion protocol and returned to practice on Sunday. Harkless sustained the concussion when he was hit with an errant elbow from Meyers Leonard in practice on October 8, and consequently sat out of the Blazers' last two preseason games. He is listed as probable to play in their matchup with the Utah Jazz on Monday.

Holdahl expanded on his report, noting that Damian Lillard (ankle soreness) did not practice on Sunday.

In other injury news, Damian Lillard sat out most of Sunday's practice with a sore left ankle, which kept Portland's starting point guard out of the lineup in Saturday night's loss in Sacramento. He is listed as questionable for Monday night's contest.

Unless head coach Terry Stotts feels that Lillard's presence on the court is essential for further team building at this juncture, it would behoove the Blazers to have him sit out tomorrow. Stand-in C.J. McCollum proved that he can hold down the fort with a 30-point performance against the Kings on Saturday.
