Wesley Matthews to Participate in All-Star 3-Point Shootout

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, Trail Blazers guard Wesley Matthews will participate in the 3-Point Shooting Contest in February as a part of the NBA's All-Star Weekend festivities.

Matthews will be joined by the Golden State Warriors' "Splash Bros." duo, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, as well as the Atlanta Hawks' Kyle Korver and the Los Angeles Clippers' J.J. Redick. No other names have been leaked.

The NBA leader this season in three-pointers attempted and made, Matthews will be making his first appearance in All-Star Weekend. His teammate Damian Lillard took part in last season's three-point contest; he has not been linked with this year's event so far.
