Where Will the Portland Trail Blazers Be in 12 Months?

SBNation's network of NBA websites are conducting a league-wide project today, asking where each NBA franchise will be 12 months from now.

Technically I'm supposed to write an essay about this but we do things a little different at Blazer's Edge. We're throwing it open to you, our readers. You know as much about this team as anybody.
