The earliest Twitter rumors and videotape review both center around calf contact but nothing is confirmed.
The contact came with 1:12 remaining in the game as Batum and Nuggets center Timofey Mozgov lined up for a rebound. Mozgov's knee appeared to contact Batum's calf, causing Batum to fall to the ground, then rise and remain doubled over as play continued on Portland's end for 12 more seconds before a timeout was called.
We'll update this post as information becomes available.

Nicolas Batum did not surface in #Blazers postgame locker room before reporters were required to leave, so his evaluation appears extensive.

After review of different video angle, looks like Batum and Rolo banged knees as they jumped for rebound. Could be right knee injury.
