Adrian Wojnarowski tweets that Blazer James Southerland will sign overseas:
Portland will waive forward James Southerland, who will sign a deal overseas for the season, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

It is not known at this time who Southerland will sign with.
17 players remain in Portland's training camp. The Blazers will need to make further cuts before the regular season commences. Point guards Darius Morris and Diante Garrett are the only two players on non-guaranteed contracts.
