McCollum, 21, was selected with the No. 10 pick in last week's draft. He averaged 23.9 points and 2.9 assists as a senior at Lehigh last season.
Burke, 20, was selected with the No. 9 pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves and traded to the Utah Jazz.
Oladipo, 21, was selected with the No. 2 pick by the Orlando Magic.
Blazers guard Damian Lillard was named 2013 Rookie of the Year by a unanimous vote. He was also a unanimous All-Rookie First Team selection. Last October, Lillard was given the second-best odds to win Rookie of the Year, trailing only New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis.
