Portland Trail Blazers GM Neil Olshey was not among the 17 executives to receive at least one vote for the 2013 Executive of the Year award. Olshey finished third last year while working for the Los Angeles Clippers.

The 2013 award was taken home by Denver Nuggets GM Masai Ujiri. Olshey's replacement with the Clippers, Gary Sacks, finished second, followed by Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey, New York Knicks GM Glen Grunwald and San Antonio Spurs GM R.C. Buford.

Here's a look at the full voting results. Note: The Executive of the Year award is voted on by other executives and not media members.

Blazers coach Terry Stotts did not receive any votes for Coach of the Year and no Blazers received votes for Most Valuable Player, Defensive Player of the Year or Most Improved Player.

However, Blazers guard Damian Lillard was unanimously selected as the Rookie of the Year and Luke Babbitt received a third-place Sixth Man of the Year vote in one of the greatest moments in basketball history.

The Blazers hired Olshey last June.
