In an interview posted on FIBA.com, Portland Trail Blazers forward Victor Claver reflects on the highs and lows of his rookie season and says that better weather is one of the things he's most excited about during his return to Spain this summer.
"One of things I'm looking forward to is the sun because in Portland, it rains a lot," he said.
Getting used to a damp climate has been just one adjustment for the former Valencia Basket captain.

"The worst thing wasn't not playing," he said, "but the uncertainty of not knowing what my role would be.
"The best thing has been to feel a part of the NBA, to experience it first hand, and that happens from the first day.
"In the good times and the bad times, I thought to myself, 'I could be better or worse, but I'm here."
Claver seemed in good spirits during his exit interview.
Claver, 24, averaged 3.8 points and 2.4 rebounds in 16.6 minutes in 49 appearances last season. He played multiple positions and started 16 games.
