Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is seen as the favorite to win the MVP award in the Rising Stars Challenge and fares pretty well in the Skills Challenge odds too. Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge is a longshot for All-Star Game MVP.
