Boston Celtics unrestricted free agent forward Shavlik Randolph has agreed to sign a one-year contract worth at least $1.5 million with the Foshan Long Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association, league sources tell Blazersedge.

Randolph played for the Portland Trail Blazers during the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons and is a Blazersedge legend. He passed on some thoughts from his time in China in 2012 after going on a whirlwind tour following his departure from Portland.

Randolph, 29, holds career averages of 2.7 points and 2.7 rebounds in six seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers, Blazers, Miami Heat and Celtics. He joined Boston last season after spending the opening portion of the year playing for Foshan. In August, the rebuilding Celtics decided not to bring back Randolph even though they held a team option for the 2013-14 season.
