Oddsmaker Sets Over/Under For Blazers At 38.5 Wins

Bovada, an oddsmaking service, has set the over/under for Portland Trail Blazers wins at 38.5 for the upcoming 2013-14 NBA season.

That mark puts Portland at No. 11 among Western Conference teams and fourth among teams in the Northwest Division (the order: Oklahoma City Thunder, Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Blazers, Utah Jazz).

Bovada recently gave the Blazers 150-1 odds to win the 2014 title and 18-1 odds to win the Northwest Division.

For comparison's sake, the Blazers entered the 2012-13 season as 100-1 odds to win the title, they entered the 2011-12 season with 40-1 odds and they entered the 2010-11 season as 30-1 odds.
