Blazers F LaMarcus Aldridge Finishes 11th Among West Frontcourt In 2013 All-Star Voting

Portland Trail Blazers All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge finished eleventh among Western Conference frontcourt players in 2013 NBA All-Star voting returns.

Portland Trail Blazers All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge finished eleventh among Western Conference frontcourt players in the final 2013 NBA All-Star voting returns. Aldridge received 160,197 votes.

In the first round, released in early December, Aldridge finished tenth among Western Conference frontcourt players. In the second round, released in mid-December, Aldridge slipped to twelfth. In the third round, released in early January, Aldridge was back up to eleventh.

Only the top three frontcourt players and top two backcourt players were selected as starters. Fans picked the starters; coaches pick the reserves. Aldridge was a coach's selection in 2012, his only All-Star appearance.

The Western Conference's starting lineup will be: Chris Paul (Clippers), Kobe Bryant (Lakers), Kevin Durant (Thunder), Blake Griffin (Clippers), Dwight Howard (Lakers)

The Eastern Conference's starting lineup will be: Rajon Rondo (Celtics), Dwyane Wade (Heat), LeBron James (Heat), Carmelo Anthony (Knicks), Kevin Garnett (Celtics)
