The other day somebody outside the organization asked me a fairly complex question. They wanted to know who the most influential Blazers players were...the guys who changed the face of the franchise throughout its history. I gave an answer or two but I thought this would be a good topic to bring up for mass discussion.
Discussion parameters:
1. "Influential" can be for good or ill. All it means is important to the arc of the Blazer story. Direction is up for grabs.
2. We're talking players here, so Bill Schonely, Harry Glickman, Jack Ramsay, Paul Allen, Rick Adelman, Nate McMillan, Steve Patterson, Kevin Pritchard (et al.) are all out.
Have at it in the comment section. Tell us why your picks were influential and in what way.
