The Phoenix Suns announced on Twitter that team president Lon Babby hopes to meet with Portland Trail Blazers unrestricted free agent point guard Raymond Felton this week. Felton, 28, averaged 11.4 points, 6.5 assists, 2.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals and didn't make a 3-pointer until like April during the 2011-12 season, his first and only with the Blazers.
