Sam Amick of SI.com has confirmed the report.
Update: Jason Quick of The Oregonian adds these details.
---------------------
Przybilla has chosen Portland, but signing won't be official until he passes physical in Portland on Sunday. To sign Przybilla, the Blazers will have to waive a player. The candidates: Armon Johnson, Greg Oden, Chris Johnson.
---------------------
Quick reported on Tuesday night that the Portland Trail Blazers remained in the mix for Przybilla, who has not played during the 2011-2012 season. Previous reports (here and here) indicated that Przybilla was down to the Miami Heat or the Chicago Bulls.
Portland currently has 15 players under contract but could free up a roster spot by waiving center Greg Oden, who underwent season-ending microfracture surgery on his left knee on Monday. Przybilla would be coming on a veteran's minimum deal.
The Blazers traded Przybilla to the Charlotte Bobcats as part of a package for forward Gerald Wallace at the 2011 trade deadline. Przybilla, 32, spent 6+ seasons in Portland and has posted career averages of 4.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.
Blazers Acting GM Chad Buchanan said recently that he has remained in contact with Przybilla, whom he considers a friend, throughout the season.
