Joe Freeman of The Oregonian reports that Portland Trail Blazers forward Luke Babbitt sometimes can't sleep after games.
"I can't sleep after games some nights if there's a play I missed or if I have a bad game or if we lose," Babbitt said. "That's just always the way I've been. There have been some long nights. This has been a tough transition these last couple of years. But I feel like I've paid my dues. I've been to the D-League three times. I sat on the bench for a while. I'm just hoping to make the most of whatever minutes are given to me. I know they have to be earned and I'm trying to earn them.
"But with playing time, comes responsibility. There's just more to think about."
The article touches on Babbitt's maturation as a player.
Matt Calkins of The Columbian touched on a similar topic back in April.
