Portland Trail Blazers forward Luke Babbitt committed a flagrant foul against Sacramento Kings guard Jimmer Fredette with 24 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter of a 103-86 victory at Sleep Train Arena. The Blazers were up 19 at the time of the foul.
