Reports: Blazers Decide To Cut Adam Morrison, Coby Karl & Justin Holiday

Mike Tokito of The Oregonian reports that there will be no surprises when it comes to the Portland Trail Blazers' training camp cuts, as the team will waive the three players with non-guaranteed contracts: Adam Morrison, Coby Karl and Justin Holiday.

The Trail Blazers took the first step Friday toward finalizing their final roster for Wednesday's season opener when they informed Coby Karl, Adam Morrison and Justin Holiday that they will be waived Saturday.

The cuts will bring the Blazers' roster to 15, the league maximum. Portland will send in waiver paperwork to the league Saturday, but team officials informed the players after Friday's practice, and they will not take part in the Blazers practice Saturday.

Candace Buckner of The Columbian reports the same development on Twitter.

Blazers have informed Adam Morrison, Coby Karl and Justin Holiday that they will be waived on Saturday.
