The Portland Trail Blazers clinched a playoff spot on Tuesday night by virtue of a Houston Rockets loss and announced that playoff tickets will go on sale on April 15.

By virtue of Houston's loss tonight, the Trail Blazers clinched a playoff spot for the 29th time in the team's 41-year history. First-round opponent, game dates and times will be determined no later than April 13, after the conclusion of the NBA's regular season.
Tickets will be available at all ticket outlets, including the Rose Quarter Box Office, at 2 p.m., April 15. A maximum of four tickets for each game are available to each customer, subject to availability.
Fans who have not previously ordered from trailblazers.com are encouraged to set up an account in advance of the on-sale time to expedite the ordering process.
The 2011 NBA Playoffs begin April 16. The top four seeds in each conference will play the first two playoff games at home; seeds 5-8 will play those games on the road.
