The NBA held a lottery tie-breaker drawing today to determine the odds (ping pong balls) for each team that didn't make the playoffs. In the process, they sent out a press release confirming the rest of the draft order.
The Portland Trail Blazers will have the No. 21 pick in the first round of the 2011 NBA Draft. The Blazers will also have pick No. 51 in the second round.
The full press release is included below the fold in case you're interested in the lottery odds.
