Injury report: Brandon Roy is out indefinitely. Marcus Camby suffered a partial tear of his meniscus Monday (scroll down for more), and will have surgery this week. Joe Freeman of The Oregonian reports that Dante Cunningham will start in Camby's place. For the Kings, Francisco Garcia is day-to-day.
