Thanks to all who voted in the Blazersedge Scrubdown this summer. The comments have been tallied and the results are in. The final vote looked like this:

Portland's favorite not-quite-star-level player in franchise history is therefore deemed to be Mark Bryant! Congratulations to Mark.
It was interesting to delve into the team's past and explore some players that, quite frankly, I had let slip into the recesses of my subconsciousness. Thanks again to all who shared comments and memories.
