The Portland Trail Blazers: Historically bad in the playoffs

6

Whowins - a site with seemingly no graphic designer but a lot of time on the hands of the contributor(s) - has compiled some interesting historical statistics on playoff performance in the NBA, but also NHL and MLB. For example this one on point differential in best-of-seven series of all time. The Blazers unfortunately are not that good, although other teams (e.g. the Rockets, Mavs, Knicks) are worse. Data from the latest season isn't included yet, but I fear we didn't improve our point differential. Rochester Royals. Chicago Stags. Fort Wayne Pistons. Omaha Kings. Really? We can only hope to improve by winning a lot of series in the coming dynasty :)
