Nay, Nay, Zach Must Stay

Here is the twin post to the one right below, explaining the rationale for talking about Zach (as the first of several opportune times to move him approach).  This thread is only for people who want to keep Zach.  No anti-Zach stuff here.  These are the specific questions:

1.  WHY do you want to keep Zach?
2.  What role do you see him assuming with this team long term (the next 4-5 years)?  Also how do you see that role impacting other players on our team?  Who, if anybody, will have a harder time fitting in with Zach here?
