I'd like to see folks rate our personnel on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being "This person is critical to the future of the team and must be retained at all costs" and 1 being "It's critical we get rid of this person". All factors are in play--talent, skill set, age, chemistry, character, financial issues...the whole ball of wax. If you'd like to explain your reasoning on some of your ratings, you're welcome to do so.
