I've you've read the Oregonian or Casey Holdahl this morning you'll know that Stu Inman passed away last night at the age of 80. He was one of the architects of our championship team. We've found out since how rare and difficult a thing that is. His name, along with those of Weinberg, Glickman, and Ramsay, will forever be linked with those years and we all owe him a debt of gratitude. Without those rings in '77 this franchise doesn't grow into the solid, fan-fueled organization it became for two decades.
