Aussie, Aussie, Aussie...

A reader named Matt wrote late last week:

I'm an Australian living in Vancouver and will finally make it to my first ever game of NBA basketball next year (it only took me 30 years). Instead of going to the closer Key Arena in Seattle, my girlfriend and I have decided to have a bit of a road trip and will end up at the Rose Garden in March when the Blazers take on the Bobcats. I'm not only excited to see Zach and the young Blazers, but also Adam Morrison and Okafor.

Anyway, I was wondering if there was anything I should know about the arena or places nearby which will make my experience an even more memorable one?

Keep up the good work on the blog and Go Blazers!

First of all, smart guy for picking the better arena.  Second, this sounded to me like something the community could chime in on, especially those who call Portland home or have fond memories of it.  What advice would you give to a bloke from down under attending his first NBA game in PDX?  Sights to see, places to go before or after the game, restaurants, tips on the arena, parking, or in-game experiences?  Help a guy out in the comment section below.
