Blackout in the Southland

Intrepid reporter Helen Jung highlights in her blog (which you should visit) that the Charter Communications cable company, which covers much of Southern Oregon, cannot come to an agreement with the Trailblazers on a price for airing games this season, which means all those folks in Grants Pass and Medford are out of luck.  The kicker?  The owner and controlling shareholder of Charter Communications is...Paul Allen.

I mention this in light of this morning's post.  This is also the kind of "Keystone Cops appearance" thing that should probably be resolved before it ever makes the papers if the team wants people to have confidence in it once again.
