The Hoopsworld links don't work for me
I wasn't able to follow the Hoopsworld link. It says,

Um, OK, except I'm using Firefox on Windows. And the site should be just some text, right? So the browser detection thing seems to be uglier than El Clanko's jumper.

(end of rant)

hmmm weird maybe it hates you..
and yes it is just text+javascript so pretty much any firefox should work, it worked for me, maybe you have some add-on that causes problems

ps. i hate the age restriction. if a player is able to play or a team is willing to take the risk let it happen. we're dealing with travis and martell just fine imo

I liked the Eggers article
Good stuff. Thanks for the pointer. How big of a drop-off on the defensive end do you think we'll see next year, when Oden leaves the game and the Prizzly Bear enters?

by royroty on Mar 26, 2008 9:16 PM PDT reply actions

not much
considering that the opposing team's offense will be the second unit, i think we can expect to have a smooth transition.

i still think we might be treated to some twin towers for portions of the 2nd or 3rd quarters which would be awesome.

Don't forget

A good insight into the finer workings of the league and David Stern.

Rudy strengthening a perimeter already very powerful, the goal of the Blazers is to pursue everything.

What did I miss?
When did Roy get hurt?  I totally missed that.  We need some sort of blog or something that gives us the latest Blazers news and talk.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
