All's Wells that Ends Wells
ESPN.com is reporting that Bonzi Wells mysteriously no-showed the Rockets' shoot around and game today, leaving a message on the team trainer's phone that he feels he is "disrupting chemistry".
- Aren't you glad we don't have these kind of distractions (that much) anymore?
- It looks like Portland fans will get far fewer opportunities to lustily boo Wednesday night. Sad for us.
P.S. Credit to BWolf for also finding this story. Ah yes, and Quality Pie too. Sorry guys for not noticing your diaries before I posted this.
In other news you can check the diaries for all the latest on Lamarcus. I left that all for you guys.

Don't leave out QP
Oh yeah, and hoooooray for the disbanding of the jail blazers and may they enjoy troubled and disjointed careers elsewhere in the league (or not in the league if it suits them).
How is
It's just too easy to be...
Bonzi, Miles, Sheed, DA... we wanted to pin our hopes and dreams on these guys and they, each in their own ways, let us down. Spit on us. Literally in some cases.
So we swear never to love again. Well, except for Roy and Aldridge and Jack and...

Not too far off,
I don't really want any bad things to happen to former players - but if they won't learn from mistakes, it feels like just reward to know that their bad attitude has come full circle to bite them on the butt.
I thought it interesting

I have a different take
Bonzi should be careful...
Bonzi just needs a fresh start on a new club. A clean slate, a new destination, an understanding team without the evil Houston media hounding him... it will do wonders.
This is in no way Bonzi's fault. Houston is a one horse town if there EVER was, and only about 3 or 4 major league sports teams. Their media just focuses too much on the players, and Bonzi can't even murder an orphan without it showing up somewhere in the NBA section of the Houston sports page. It's ridiculous!
If everyone would stop picking on Bonzi at every single place he ever went to in his NBA career, we'd see the real Bonzi. He's a pretty good small forward after all, good post up game and probably one of the best rebounders for his size. Hey, you know what... we kinda have a need for a small forward... maybe...
Maybe we can contact Houston for a trade? We don't know the whole story, and a new team to call home is probably all this misunderstood player needs.
GET ON THE PHONE PRITCHARD! He hasn't made ONE trade since he became the so-called "GM"!! Not ONE. Looks like we know who REALLY was behind the 6 trades on draft day... too bad Steve Patterson is stuck in the unemployment line all day, we could use someone with guts to make a move.

Heh.
I don't think Houston could get a chair for Bonzi.
